*Community Donation Based "Monday Meditation Group"
7:00pm to 7:30pm at the Thompson Park Amphitheater (we move to the East Liverpool Community Center, formerly Trinity Church when it gets too cold out) All Welcome!
If you are interested in meditating as a group please join us on Mondays. Meet at the Thompson Park Amphitheater located on the top circle near pavilion #1. Currently, parking is available outside the front of the park. Please bring something to sit on. All proceeds go to the park. Please text Amy with any questions: (330) 383-2144.*

Regular Weekly Yoga Classes:
Mon. @ 10:30am
Gentle Stress Reduction Movement, Guided Relaxation, and Meditation Class 
(Your choice! Participate in a chair or on the floor. All Levels welcome.)
This class moves slower with a deeper focus on techniques for grounding, calming and relaxation, including E.F.T. tapping. The breathing practices, meditations, and simple movements and stretches are designed to open and lubricate all the major joints, relax the muscles, release tension, calm the mind and nervous system and regulate the flow of energy through the body.  All welcomed! (beginner, advanced, young, elderly and those convalescing or with disease conditions.) Mats and chairs are available.

Mon. @ 4:30pm
Chair Yoga and Meditation Class: 
This class follows the same practices and intentions as the floor classes. The difference is that it is done in a chair and not on a mat. We begin seated in the chair and then advance to standing postures. It is a great fit for those who want to add balance to their practice but are not ready, interested, or comfortable getting up and down from the floor or being on their hands or knees for a prolonged period of time. This class is for everyBODY! Chairs will be provided.

Chair Yoga and Meditation Class:
This class begins seated in the chair and advances to standing postures. It is a great fit for those who want to add balance to their practice but are not ready, interested, or comfortable getting up and down from the floor or being on their hands or knees for a prolonged period of time. This class is for everyBODY!   Chairs will be provided.

Floor Yoga and Meditation Classes
 Amy's floor classes will guide you to notice, feel and observe your body, breath and mind to release tension  and create ease through safe joint opening stretches, yoga poses, breathing techniques, chakra (prana) balancing sounds, guided body scan, yoga nidra and meditations of "Loving Kindness" and "Gratitude." This class is enjoyed by those who are comfortable getting up and down from the floor, being on their hands and knees, and in cross legged seated position.  No prior experience is needed. Mats are available. 

Private (Individual or Group) Yoga and Meditation Classes: 
This is a private scheduled one on one or group session done with or without a chair. Amy will work with the student(s) to target the specific health conditions or body needs for improved well-being. This class is suitable for an event or gathering of a club, group or family or for those who want privacy. The payment for the class is up to the individual or small group to split. Good to know...

Please refrain from eating a heavy meal before class. If you practice yoga on a full stomach, you might experience cramps or nausea.

Please arrive to class about 5 minutes early to settle in and get centered. Please be mindful to be free of scents that might distract or offend others.

Young Living Oils, "Thieves" cleaner is provided to sanitize your mat. Extra mats, blankets, blocks and straps and are available for use.

Please be mindful during class to move without straining. Cultivate a loving attitude toward yourself and your body to experience your practice from where you are, not from where you think you should be. Please inform the instructor, before class starts, of any health or physical conditions you are experiencing in order to be safely guided. Please skip movements and poses you can't or shouldn't do, or try a modified version.

You do not need to be flexible, in-shape or in optimum health to participate. The practices are intended to improve and maintain your health and overall well-being.

Please remember to drink plenty of water after a yoga class, massage or a reiki session.
