Private (individual/group) yoga classes, workshops, and presentations can be offered at your location. Amy currently travels to Kent State (E.L.O.), The Orchards of Foxcrest (Chester, WV), The Youngstown Montessori School, and Private Clients.

Always Mindful Yoga Classes are open to the public and are led with appropriate stretches, movements and postures, breathing techniques, "Mindfulness", guided relaxation, "Loving Kindness" and "Gratitude" meditations.  
Classes are enhanced with Young Living essential oils, EFT "tapping," Chakra (energy) balancing sounds and Yoga Nidra to:
Increase flexibility and oxygenation of tissues, strengthen muscles and bones, improve balance, posture, joint health, and immune, brain, bowel, lung and nervous system functions, nourish intervertebral disks, condition the cardio vascular system, promote weight loss, lower blood sugar and blood pressure, improve sleep, cholesterol and triglycerides, relieve pain, foster spiritual growth and encourage involvement in your own health and healing.
